What?
The Takt Construction System (TCS) is the evolution on the way we manage any construction project and solve the necessity of deliver projects on time, with the required quality, and not surpassing the budget.
Based on the Takt Method, the TCS is a system that performs based on the rhythm of production of the crews.

How?
It is a simple difference: we work based on the quantity of work to do and the real production rates of the teams.
First we need to set that crews will work a specific number of days to complete a zone. When a zone matches the same number of days for each subcontractor, that creates a “Takt Zone” and a “Takt Time”. That is call leveling.
Once the zones are leveled, you can start creating a “Takt Plan”.

As soon as you start creating the program schedule, you will notice that every activity is still taking the same time to be done, but that does not need to wait a long time for the previos activity to finish on the floor for it to start.
It is not magic, it is the Takt Construction System doing the right planning for the project.
